The Obama Speech: Is he speading Propaganda?

Currently there is some slack about President Obama speaking at some of our nations schools to I believe encourage our school children to continue to get their education. But some of the parents in the U.S. are opposing this because they believe he is using this as a platform to promote his "propaganda" about Health Care so that our kids can be a driving force to get their parents to join in on the Obama Health Care bandwagon. Their have been some reports that the Obama Administration have sent out memos to schools that encourage our kids to "write" letters to the Prez. concerning health care. Now, first if all this is true about the Prez. He really needs to be ashamed of himself for using kids and schools as a platform to get something he wants passed in the congress just so he can continue on his "agenda" for America. Our Kids are not and should not be used as a stepping stone used so that we do anything in the U.S. Government. Our kids are not pawns in a game that we can sacrifice anytime when we wanna get our opponents in checkmate. What every happened to old fashioned debates between the Democrats and Republicans on the House floor and they come up with reasonable outcomes that are best for the people of America? Have they stooped so low that now that they have to now use our kids in this sick game they play to get their "agenda's" passed. Of course he hasn't made the speeches yet so we don't know what he's gonna say, but if he is saying what they are reporting what he's gonna say, then Shame, Shame, Shame, Mr. Prez.....!
