The OFCI which stands for OutReach Family Center, Inc. is a community organization that was established to assist people all over the country. We are committed to assisting those in the community in the area of Spirituality, Business, Finance, and Personally. We realize that there is a need in every community and we have come together to meet those needs. We have also created this Blog Magazine to spotlight issues, people, businesses, and activities in the community that deserve to have attention.
