The mighty Green Dollar is on the mind of many folks in today's World. More money, more money, more money, and more money. The Infestation of greed is at a all time high. From the top man to the poorest man, but nobody wants peace first. So many will to sacrifice The Good in them, to sell out to gain more money. We are told to put our morals on the shelf, and put self away, we are told to be robots, and do things Our Way, or you get no pay. Our Gifts are not wanted, but our souls are.
The good book says "What does it profit a man to Gain the Whole world, and loose his Soul" Mark 8:36. Well it seems a whole lot of folks practice that verse. We are teaching generations to go after money, instead of restoring the soul, and Pleasing God. God is hardly mentioned in anything these days, let alone Jesus Christ is forbidden. In the old days, the artist would thank God for their Accomplishments, now they just thank people who made it happen for them. We have become a selfish nation, and we are operating on lies and backbiting to get ahead. Money has caused deaths, and breakups of many families.
For example, if a poor person who had some kind of peace in their life before the lottery, now has to suffer the attention of strangers and family members who wants money from them. They can't sleep at night, the phone is ringing off the hook, people are showing up at the door all day. Their peace of mind is no longer there. Money can't talk back, we can't be buried in it, we can't spend It after we die, so why do we loose our soul to soulless money.
