OFCI Report Snapshot: Coach Natalie Randolph


Natalie Randolph, a Biology and Environmental Sciences Teacher at Coolidge High School in Washington D.C. is now also the schools New Head Coach. And also as of the 2010 season she is believed to be the only active female head coach of a high school football team, and only the second ever to coach high school football (after Debbie Vance, at Lehman High in the Bronx). Randolph, who was a hurdler at UVa., played wide receiver six seasons with the DC Divas of the Independent Women's Football League '03-'08  also coached wide receivers at H.D. Woodson High School in DC, 2006-7. Formally named the head football coach at Coolidge High School on March 12, 2010 Coach Randolph's first game is scheduled for Aug. 27 against Archbishop Carroll. We here at the OFCI Report want to congratulate The Coach on her new job and wish her nothing but Success in her new season with her team....
